今天的SOGO鳩烏之行，我有所反思。

朋友們，恕我直言，讓我們認清現實，馬來西亞沒有社運，沒有學運，沒有工運，沒有婦運，沒有農運，只有選舉政客。所以，我們無法做選舉造勢以外的群眾動員。這點你以為納吉和警察總長不曉得嗎？

既然無法在“街頭力敵”，只有靠“選舉智取”。

以下是我的十點建議：

1。首先，利用巴東埔國會補選的機會，讓公正黨的虎將塞夫丁上陣吧！他中選後可以為公正黨在國會增添一股鏗鏘有力的聲音，安華的二女兒可以再磨煉磨煉，無需急於一時。

2。民聯三黨和公民社會，應該利用“安華冤案”來進行新選民登記運動，爭取來屆大選更大的勝算。

3。加大在國際平台上的民主串聯力度，如爭取國際友人提名安華競逐諾貝爾和平獎。若能成功，安華“良知囚犯”的光環，將能在國際外交上給國陣壓力，民聯也可以繼續推舉安華作為民聯共主，將這張皇牌打到來屆大選，要求選民以選票推翻國陣，換取新政府上台釋放安華(甚至出任首相)。

4。民聯當好好利用反GST運動，來喚醒國陣在鄉下的傳統支持者因社會民生惡化而造反，如慕尤盯所言，再多2%的選民轉向，國陣就會倒台。

5。認真為即將到來的砂州選舉積極備戰，如果民聯在砂州這場前哨戰有更大的斬獲，則西馬的反風也會跟著吹起。若民聯在砂州出師不利，則14屆大選西馬民聯也會人仰馬翻。記得，東馬國陣政客都是騎牆派，西瓜靠大邊。西馬民聯若國會能有更好表現，就大有機會拉攏東馬政客組織聯合政府。

6。搞學運的，請回到校園繼續努力。如果連爭取學生罷課都辦不到，則號召上街只是裝腔作勢而已。所以，建議本地大學的學生幹部向台灣和香港的學運取經。

7。搞文運的，請協助在全國各地舉辦zunar 的漫畫巡迴展，用最通俗的方式教育群眾，鼓動他們意識造反，儲備“改朝換代”的能量。

8。行動黨和公正黨，要召喚更多熱血的年輕人入黨，培訓他們，讓他們共同協助推動基層的黨務活動，多點理想主義，少點機會主義。

9。就伊斯蘭黨的未來，我們除了靜觀其變，也當主動協助他們在吉蘭丹的災後重建(如行動黨的impian kelantan)，和他們博感情，團結更多有進步理念的伊黨同志，孤立那些反動份子，促進他們黨的新陳代謝。

10。最後，我們根本沒有鼓動群眾街頭革命的本錢，也沒有再號召幾十萬人上街抗爭的能耐，所以，有多少實力，就幹多少實事。keep著氣憤，不要氣餒，保持熱血，不要流血，和國陣鬥長命，積極爭取那2%選票轉向，則早日釋放的不只是安華，也包括我們的社會自由和司法公正。

This is complete fabrication- coming from a political conspiracy to stop my political career.

You have not given proper consideration to the case presented by my counsel from day one - that this incident never happened at all.

I can go on and on but I see from your statement today that it will be fruitless - it appears as i have been condemned again as I was in the court of appeal. only here we went through a facade of an 8 day hearing!

It is not a coincidence how the of the PM was able to release a full written statement on your decision barely minutes afteryou handed your judgment today even before sentencing.

In bowing to the dictates of the political masters, you have become partners in crime for the murder of judicial independence and integrity. You have sold your souls to the devil, bartering your conscience for material gain and comfort and security of office.

You had the best opportunity to redeem yourselves – to right the wrongs of the past and put the judiciary on a clean slate and carve your names for posterity as true defenders of justice.

But instead you chose to remain on the dark side and drown your morals and your scruples in a sea of falsehood and subterfuge. Know you not that you are now wallowing in filth and foulness and the stench of your injustice will permeate through every nook and cranny of this so-called Palace of Justice and I do pity you all.

Yes, you have passed judgement on me – and I will, again for the third time, walk into prison but rest assured my head will be held high. The light shines on me.

But the shame is on you for you will be judged by history as the great cowards of humanity. Sitting on that high horse of judicial power, you have stooped so low to become the underlings of the political masters.

Students of law and professors of jurisprudence will scrutinise your
judgments and as they dissect your reasoning and your decision, your credibility and integrity will be torn to tatters. And you will be exposed as the fraudsters who don the robe of judicial power only to pervert the course of justice.

Do not forget that, as all of us will have to, you too will have to answer to your Maker. You will have to answer why you turned your backs on the principles that you had so solemnly sworn to uphold.

People who come into your court have to bow their heads and address you as ‘My Lords’ but don’t you know that you too will have to answer to your Lord one day? By then you will need more than bowing and prostration to justify why you wilfully transgressed Allah’s command
as ordained in Surah an-Nisaa, verse 58:

Going to jail, i consider a sacrifice i make for the people of this country.

I have fought most of my life on behalf of the people of this country - for the people I am willing to go to jail or face any other consequence.

My struggle will continue, wherever I am sent and whatever is done to me.

To my friends and fellow Malaysians let me thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given me. And Allah is my witness. I pledge and I will not be silenced, I will fight on for freedom and justice and I will never surrender!

阿华哥被送去监狱之前，抱了抱孙子。一个老人的躯体，一个公公的心情，一个国家的未来。

我坚持我是无辜的，这是个错误的指控，这件事从未发生过。
这完全是捏造的，是一个政治阴谋以终结我的政治生涯。
你从第一天开始，就没有好好地考虑过我律师所呈现的案情──即这件事根本没有发生过。
我从你今日的裁决看来，是完全没有意义的，你就只是一如在上诉庭时那般，再度指控我。只是在这里，我们表面上经过了8天的听审。

首相能在今天你这个判决出炉之际，甚至是未宣布裁决前准备好一份完整的书面文告，并非巧合。
向政治老大的命令低头，你已经成为这个扼杀司法独立与尊严的共犯。你已经把灵魂卖给了恶魔，用物质与权职的安稳来埋没你的良知。

你有很好的机会来洗净你的过去，把过去的错误纠正过来，扶正司法，把你的名字刻在维护正义的牌匾上。
但是，你选择了黑暗的那方，把你的良知与顾忌沉浸在谎言与诡计的海洋之中。想必你现在正于污秽中打滚纠缠，而你的不公义的恶臭将会渗透这所谓公正之殿的每个角落。我其实可怜你。

是的，你对我下判了，而我也会，在第三次迈入监狱，而且会确保我额头高扬。我全身浴光。
但耻辱会在你这方，你会因为懦弱而被历史审判。作为司法的最高权位，你却向政治老大屈膝至此。

法律系的学生与法理学教授将会审查你的裁决，而在他们剖析了你的理据与裁决之后，你的诚信与气节将会烟飞湮灭。而你将会被记得是一个穿着代表司法权力长袍，却妨碍了司法公正的骗子。
别忘了，我们所有人，包括你都必须面对你的神。你必须回答为何被判你曾经发过发誓将会坚守的原则。
所有进入你的法庭的人都必须低头称你为“法官大人”，但难道你有天不也必须回答你的“法官大人”吗？到那时候，你不止是要低头了，而是要跪倒在地解释你为何故意违背阿拉在古兰经的谕令。
坐牢，我会把这当成是我为这个国家人民所作出的牺牲。

我的大半生都为这个国家的人民斗争，为了人民我愿意坐牢或面对任何的结果。
我的斗争将会继续，无论我将会被送往何处，面对怎么样的待遇。
至于我的朋友及所有马来西亚人，让我打从心里感激你们所给我的支持。上苍是我的证人。我发誓我不会就此沉默，我会为了自由和正义继续斗争。我不会屈服！

本是同根生，相煎何太急！

25位马来显要发表致马来西亚人的公开信，表达对极端化的担忧，希望政府稟持中庸政策，拼弃宗教极端，不希望下一代以后在塔利班式统治下生活。视野广阔，格局宏大！

由7＋11个华团代表公开要求叶邹二公下台，发展到如今100个自以为在华社地位举足轻重的所谓闻人连署要求董总解散依法重选；这“百人连署”与25位马来显要相比，格局未免太小了，展现出来的只是成见、执着、私怨和利益。

事情有分缓急轻重，原來在他们的心目中，打倒叶邹竟然是当务之急！尤其那一小撮由“新院风波”中分裂出来的华教人士，给外人一种 “当初打你不倒，这次就趁势拉你下台”的感觉，不顾后果，甘于和邪恶集团狼狈为奸，对于这种落井下石，令人齒冷的莽撞行为实在不能苟同。

这次7＋100华团与华教人士公然反对叶邹二公的领导，董总内部矛盾迟迟未能解决，相信也是这小撮“新院风波”中的离队人士从中作梗，造谣惑众，唆摆各州董事，导致董总内部纷争更加恶化，以至一发不可收拾。

看来他们都很清楚自己在做什么，目标一致，誓不罢休。可是无论对错，给外人的感觉只不过是一群勇于内斗的莽夫。

唉！华社永远改不了外斗外行，内斗内行的劣根性！如果这“百人连署”是要求有关方面修改批文和承认统考，效果不是更好吗？变成正义的呼吁，也是华教之幸啊！可惜的他们面对执政集团时晓得见好就收，对付叶邹就不留情面，柿子还是挑软的来吃。


最不可思议的是，连一直以来象征民主基地，正义化身的雪华堂，这次不但沒有声援董总，竟然倒戈相向插多两刀，以图连同邪恶集团趁势拉倒叶邹二公，居心险恶！

两股原本代表正义力量的团队却分别被私怨与利益蒙蔽，间接的壮大了邪恶集团的声势，造
成不清楚董总纷争原由者感到忠奸难辨，是非混淆；更令到向来熟悉与关心华教发展者感到正邪颠倒，痛心疾首！若然他日邪恶集团的隱议程得以实现，他们居功至伟。

自从董总纠纷发生以来，虽然笔者本身并不是华教人士，但是明眼人都看得到，一直以来都是他们这些外围组织不断的向叶邹发出攻击，蓄意歪曲事实，颠倒是非，混淆视听，杀红了眼，甚至刻意对叶邹二公进行人格谋杀。


“百人连署”中的所谓“林连玉基金会”，“留华同学会” ，“华研”，独中校长，学术与文化人等，身份重叠，还不是同一伙人。他们厚颜无耻的消耗着华社的资源却干着破坏华教之事，连朋

结党，为报私怨不惜自我降格与邪魔外道结盟，掉转枪头去搞华教堡垒，无论在道义上抑或在道理上都是说不过去的。

反观叶邹二公由始至终从来没有对他们恶言相向或发动连署反击（若然叶邹真是发动千人，
甚至万人连署，自以为自己举足轻重的所谓百位闻人就会自取其辱了）。一直都依照法规，按着董总章程行事，歩步为营，不断的对他们的不实与恶意指控作出解释，沉着应战，以守为攻。


纵然在高庭取得庭令阻止18中委举办非法大会，为了顾全大局，叶邹二公依然谦虚的说希望可以庭外和解，没有乘胜追击。谁是谦谦君子？谁是卑鄙小人？高低立判。谁在破坏董总？谁在保护董总？孰优孰劣，一目了然啦！

叶邹二公的领导作风或者引人诟病，行政管理方面也有缺失，但是维护华教的坚毅与决心却
是无用质疑的。如果因着叶邹的“不当”（某潘姓校长说：叶邹不走，华教“当机”喔！），而成就他们今天的“恶”，何苦来哉？


“新院风波”已过去了，让它隨风罢！倘开胸怀，在大事大非前，放下执着，成见与怨对。华教是属于大家的，在董总内部纠纷炽热的当儿，不敢奢望他们重新归队，只希望他们保持缄默，让董总可以专注于捍卫主权，清理门户，不要再在伤口上撒盐，功德无量呀！

有道是：怨怨相报何时了？又道是：本是同根生，相煎何太急。

以上两股原本代表正义的团体，特别是“新院风波” 中分裂出來的华教人士，收手罢了！

民主行動黨過去到現在都是全民政黨

民主行動黨在1966年正式成立，在1967年正式成為社會黨國際的成員，而理所當然的社會民主主義就是黨的意識形態，也就是黨是主張社會民主主義的核心價值。

而社會民主主義主張的是“自由、”“民主”、“正義”、“平等”。

（一）“自由”，不只是個人的自由，也同時包含免於歧視、平等的機會及不要讓資本家濫用政治權利。

（二） “平等”，法律面前人人平等，任何人都必須享有平等的國家資源，必須保障少數族群及條件不佳的人平等的機會。

（三）“民主”，尊重民主價值及基本人權，讓每個人都享有公正平等的權利。

（四）“正義”，要團結互助，為不公平、不正義的事件發聲。

而以上四個社會民主主義所主張的普世價值是不分種族、不分宗教的，因此如果認為行動黨還不符合全民政黨的話，請先理解行動黨的意識形態，而以上四個價值也清楚的展現在行動黨黨章的第二章“宗旨”裡面闡明的18個項目。

而馬來人不等於巫統這個概念，林吉祥同志早在70年代就已經提出，而且獲得很多人的共鳴。而我也深信林吉祥同志所提出的“馬來西亞人的馬來西亞”這個理念，正是許多人加入行動黨的原因，而我就是其中一位因為林吉祥提出的這個理念而加入行動黨的。而林吉祥同志提出這個理念的終極目標正是打破種族主義的藩籬，未來不再有族群之分。如果未來真的能夠實現這個理念，黨員的種族比例還是我們的KPI 嗎？

我們許多的同志，為了堅持黨的意識形態，捍衛“平等”、“正義”的普世價值，在70年代因為捍衛華文教育而被逮捕，甚至必須因此而受牢獄之災，展現了行動黨捍衛母語教育的決心。但卻因此被政敵批評行動黨為“華人沙文主義”政黨，而這個刻板印象在巫統控制的媒體的操弄下，許多馬來人對行動黨確實還有這樣的看法。

而行動黨必須做的是我們必須告訴全馬人民，我們在做對的事，我們捍衛母語教育是因為我們相信每個人都應該享有公正平等學習母語教育的權利。而非在此課題上冷處理，而為了迎合非華裔減輕對我們的刻板印象。

我們作為一個全民政黨就必須教育人民，我們在追求的是達致普世價值的目標，達致“馬來西亞人的馬來西亞”的目標，而非以巫統的模式，繼續以族群比例作為達致目標的 KPI，在全民政黨的概念下，在一個多元文化的社會，我們必須尊重多元。

我想如果我們不斷的向國人強調並且在政策上貫徹我們的宗旨，為需要幫助的人、為被打壓的人、為弱勢團體、為長者發聲的話，民主行動黨終究有一天將成為馬來西亞人首選的政黨。

讓我們一起努力，向全馬人民大力宣揚民主行動黨是全民政黨，一起終結巫統的種族主義！

行動黨從Day one開始就是一個馬來西亞人的政黨，我們黨的性質，不是由巫統的宣傳來界定的，而是我們的黨魂(意識形態)來決定的。
我從未反對擴招有理念的馬來同胞參加行動黨，我反對的是，鼓吹要以50%的馬來黨員比例來證明我們自己是全民政黨(catch all party)的論述。
理念永遠比膚色重要。堅定的立場永遠比人頭的多寡重要。
以膚色掛帥的黨員擴招運動，正好說明我們的選舉功利性和權謀性。
如果我們的存在一切為了選舉，利用當YB的快捷性來吸引某一民族參加行動黨，你利用他，他也利用你，最終黨充滿著機會主義者，這難道是行動黨未來十年的走向嗎？
